Report abuse

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Forge60 lets people build and publish websites. If you believe a site published with Forge60 contains illegal content or otherwise breaks our Terms of Service (for example fraud, malware, infringement, or hateful or harmful material), you can report it here. This is our notice-and-action mechanism under the EU Digital Services Act, and anyone can use it.

How to report

Email abuse@forge60.com and include:

  • the address (URL) of the site or page you are reporting;
  • a clear description of the content and why you believe it is illegal or breaks our terms;
  • your name and contact email so we can follow up (you may ask to stay anonymous where the law allows);
  • a short statement that you are reporting in good faith and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

What happens next

  • We confirm we received your report.
  • A person reviews it without undue delay and decides whether to act, for example by removing content or suspending a site or account. We do not use automated tools to assess reports or remove content.
  • We tell you our decision and how you can challenge it.
  • If we act against a site or account, we tell the person who published it what we did and why (a “statement of reasons”), including the facts we relied on and whether the action followed a report, unless the law prevents us from doing so.
  • We act in a diligent, non-arbitrary and objective way, and we take care not to remove lawful content.
  • If a report suggests a criminal offence that threatens someone’s life or safety, we inform the competent authorities.

Challenging a decision

Whether you reported content or published it, you can ask us to review our decision by replying to our message or emailing abuse@forge60.com within six months. A person reviews every request and we reverse the decision if it was wrong. You can also bring the matter before a court, or use an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under the Digital Services Act.
