Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Castleground Group AB (reg. no. 559568-2849, VAT no. SE559568284901), Spånlöt 18, SE-186 97 Brottby, Sweden (“we”, “us”), the operator of Forge60 (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who can use Forge60

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The Service

Forge60 generates websites from a description using AI, lets you edit them by chatting or directly, and can host and publish them on a subdomain or your own domain. We improve the Service over time, so specific features may change, be added, or be removed.

Plans, credits and billing

  • Paid plans and their current prices are shown on our website and at checkout. The final price, including any VAT or sales tax that applies to you, is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Your purchase is sold through Link: Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company, acts as reseller and merchant of record. It charges your payment method (shown as “LINK.COM*” on your statement), collects any VAT or sales tax, and sends your receipts and invoices. Its Sold through Link terms also apply to the purchase. We remain responsible for providing the Service.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
  • Each plan includes a monthly allowance of usage credits; if you reach the allowance, generation and editing pause until the allowance resets or you buy extra credits. Allowances do not roll over.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • If we change prices, we will give you reasonable advance notice, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw from it without giving a reason (in Sweden under the Distance Contracts Act, Distansavtalslagen 2005:59). Because Forge60 is a digital service that starts as soon as you subscribe, when you buy a plan you ask us to begin providing it during the withdrawal period. Where the law allows it, a proportionate amount may be deducted for the part of the service you used before withdrawing.

To withdraw, use our withdrawal form (“Withdraw from contract here”), contact Link support at support.link.com and give “cooling off period” as the reason, or email support@forge60.com and we will arrange it for you. Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, refunds follow Link’s refund policy and are otherwise not given for fees already paid, except where required by law.

Your content and ownership

You own the content you provide and the website code we generate for you — you can export it and host it anywhere, with no lock-in. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, generate, host and publish your sites while you use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe anyone’s rights.

AI-generated content

Generated text, layout and images are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable. You must review a site before publishing it. You are responsible for everything on the sites you publish, including claims, prices, and any legal notices they require. We do not train AI models on your content; see our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, publish or distribute:

  • Illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or adult/harmful content.
  • Spam, malware, or anything that harms other people or the Service.

We may suspend or remove sites or accounts that break these rules.

If you believe a site published with Forge60 contains illegal content or breaks these rules, you can report it through our notice-and-action mechanism. We review every report and act where appropriate.

Content moderation

  • We do not review sites before they are published. We act on reports and on illegal content we become aware of.
  • A person reviews every report and makes every moderation decision. We do not use automated tools to detect, restrict or remove content.
  • Depending on how serious a breach is, we may remove or disable specific content, unpublish a site, or suspend or close an account. We choose the least restrictive action that is effective.
  • If we restrict your site or account, we tell you what we did and why, including the facts we relied on, the rule or law concerned, and whether the action followed a report, unless the law prevents us from doing so.
  • You can ask us to review any decision by replying to our message or emailing abuse@forge60.com within six months. A person reviews the request, and we reverse the decision if it was wrong. You can also go to court or to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under the EU Digital Services Act.
  • Our point of contact for users and authorities under the Digital Services Act is abuse@forge60.com, in English or Swedish.

Third-party services

You may connect third-party tools to your site (for example a Calendly booking link or a Stripe payment link). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

Data protection

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where your published site collects personal data from your visitors, you are the data controller and we act as your processor under the Data Processing Agreement below.

Data Processing Agreement

This section is the data processing agreement between you (the controller) and us (the processor) under Article 28 of the GDPR. It applies automatically whenever we process personal data on your behalf, and it takes precedence over the rest of these terms where they conflict.

  • Subject and duration. We process personal data to host your sites and provide their features to you, for as long as you use the Service and until the data is deleted as described below.
  • Nature and purpose. Storing and delivering to you what your visitors submit through your sites, and producing visitor statistics for your sites. We do not use this data for our own purposes.
  • Types of data and data subjects. Visitors to your sites, and any person whose data you put on a site. Typically names, email addresses, phone numbers, the content of messages, newsletter sign-ups, and pseudonymous visitor statistics (country, referring site and a daily hash, never an IP address).
  • Your instructions. We process the data only on your documented instructions (these terms, your settings and your use of the Service), including for transfers outside the EU/EEA, unless EU or Member State law requires us to do otherwise; in that case we tell you first, unless that law forbids it. We tell you if we believe an instruction breaks data-protection law.
  • Confidentiality. Everyone we authorise to process the data is bound by confidentiality.
  • Security. We take the measures required by Article 32 GDPR, including encryption in transit, access controls and per-account data isolation.
  • Sub-processors. You give us general authorisation to use the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy. We will tell you in advance of any addition or replacement, and you may object on reasonable data-protection grounds; if we cannot resolve the objection, you may end your subscription. We impose the same data-protection obligations on each sub-processor and remain responsible to you for them. Transfers outside the EU/EEA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid safeguard.
  • Assistance. Taking into account the nature of the processing, we help you respond to requests from data subjects exercising their rights, and help you meet your obligations under Articles 32 to 36 GDPR (security, breach notification, impact assessments and prior consultation).
  • Personal data breaches. We notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a breach affecting this data, with the information you need to meet your own obligations.
  • End of processing. You can see the data collected through your sites in your account at any time, and export your sites and newsletter sign-ups. When you delete a site or your account, we delete the data processed for you within 30 days, apart from rolling backups, which are overwritten within 90 days, and anything the law requires us to keep.
  • Audits. We make available the information needed to show compliance with Article 28 GDPR and allow for, and contribute to, reasonable audits by you or an auditor you appoint, with reasonable notice and subject to confidentiality.

Availability and warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights if the Service is faulty or not as described.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service unlawfully. You can export your sites before you leave.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there. You can refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se).
